The integrated SIM card automatically connects to the fastest and most reliable network in the area, ensuring uninterrupted communications for site management, live event monitoring, video playback, and dispatch. All units include camera health monitoring, “Uptime Service”, and GPS tracking, providing real-time system status and location awareness.
Health Monitoring & “Uptime Service” Included with our monthly cellular data service, Uptime Service continuously monitors the operation and performance of every camera—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll never need to worry about system downtime; our team proactively detects and resolves issues in real time to ensure uninterrupted coverage. Regularly scheduled reports keep you informed of system performance, operational uptime, and overall reliability. GPS Locator Know where your surveillance trailer is at all times. Included with our Unlimited Cellular Data Plan, our GPS Tracking service allows you to verify the trailer’s location whenever needed. Integrated directly into the multi-service modem, this feature provides real-time location data—enabling you to track movements, confirm deployment sites, and quickly locate any unit in the field.

Operating 24 hours a day, our monitoring center provides real-time detection and response to events as they occur. When the onboard CCTV system detects an alarm condition, it instantly communicates with our monitoring team. Trained operators issue live voice warnings and activate on-site sirens to deter intruders. If necessary, they coordinate with local police or private security services - providing visual descriptions of suspects and their exact location for a fast, effective response.
